World Wine Pro is for young talents who are passionate about wine and Italian culture. This 22 month program provides a Wine Management Trainee with a real immersive learning experience that will help you to kick-start an international career in the wine business. You will have the chance to find a job abroad with no experience, becoming part of a young and dynamic team that will teach you but also guide you.

Training
4 months
- In Italy
- Induction with Ethica Wine’s team
- Educational training: Foundations of Italian wimes & Sales Skills
- Visiting wimeries and familiarizing with EW’s portfolio
18 months
- Moving with J-1 visa to the USA
- Further honing skills along side EW’s sales force on daily activities on the market
- Relocate to the assigned territory to begin the role ad Area Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing
Here are some daily task
- Open new on and off-premise accounts
- Ensure products visibility
- Motivate and support distributors’ sales force
- Take part in distributors’ events (portfolio tasting and staff training)
- Build and maintain business relationships with key accounts
- Monitor competitors’ brands movements
- Implement marketing strategies to acquire new clients
